We always welcome new parishioners. To join, please:

1) Press the "Open PDF Form" button below to open the form

2) Complete the registration form:

2a) Fill in the form online and download it by pressing the download icon in the upper right OR

2b) Download the blank form and fill it in on paper handwritten, then scan and save it to your computer as a PDF file

3) When you've completed the form (electronically or handwritten/scanned):

3a) Fill in your Name and Email below

3b) Use the "RegistrationForm" link below to select the completed PDF file from your computer (from 2b above)

3c) Then press the "Upload " button to send it to us
